Modular architecture from Algeco – functionality, harmony, flexibility
Algeco is committed to sustainable development, environmental protection and harmony with the surroundings. Every project is intended to demonstrate that modern construction can combine aesthetics, technology and ecology.
In our projects, we use environmentally friendly materials and install solutions that effectively reduce water and energy consumption: from self-closing taps and flow restrictors to smart lighting systems with motion sensors and heating and air conditioning controls. The result? Energy-efficient buildings with excellent acoustics and a high level of user comfort.
Algeco modules offer complete freedom of layout, as well as a unique ability to reconfigure them to suit the investor’s changing needs. We take care of the entire process: from construction, through finishing, to fitting out. We deliver and install the modules, and also offer a wide range of additional services to ensure convenient and safe operation.
We offer both standard fitting packages, enabling rapid project delivery, and customised solutions that give the space a unique character – both architecturally (e.g. facades) and in the interiors.
Our modules are certified by accredited bodies, and every component meets stringent hygiene and safety requirements. This gives architects the confidence that when designing with Algeco, they are creating spaces that are not only impressive, but also meet the highest standards, are environmentally friendly and in line with the principles of sustainable development.
