Our product range includes over 150 dry and wet construction mixes, which are renowned in the market for their innovative solutions. We develop our products and services in line with the actual customer needs, requirements and expectations. The activities of the "Piotrowice II" group provide comprehensive customer service covering sales, logistics, training and technical support.

History

Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe ALPOL Sp. z o.o. was established in 1990. The company’s activities initially focused on the production and sale of hydrated lime using innovative technology that guarantees the highest product quality. The modernisation of the plant and the launch of production of deeply separated hydrated lime made this product indispensable for manufacturers of dry building mixes in this part of Europe.

P.W. Alpol was the parent company of ALPOL GIPS, established in 1998. The company ‘grew’ out of the tradition and on the site of the former Konecka Dry Paint Factory, founded in the 1920s. The company’s operations began with the construction of a production plant, which was designed based on the extensive, long-standing experience of its founders and employees. The company was established with the aim of strengthening the position of the ALPOL Group.

In 2016, the ALPOL Group was acquired by Zakład Surowców Chemicznych i Mineralnych "Piotrowice II" Sp. z o.o.

Market position

ZSChiM "PIOTROWICE II" is currently one of the leading manufacturers of construction chemicals. The company’s management estimates that the company holds over 10% of the domestic hydrated lime market, and the ALPOL^® brand itself ranks among the top 10 in Poland among manufacturers of dry construction mixes. The company’s position is strengthened by the fact that its products are classified by contractors and investors as being of the highest quality.

The company is undergoing dynamic growth. In recent years, it has commissioned a gypsum calcination plant, which enabled the launch of gypsum plaster production in 2011. Production technology is constantly being developed, production technology is constantly being developed, which allows the ALPOL^®, STABILL, HUZAR and SATYN brands to be perceived as reliable, high-quality, trustworthy and customer-friendly products.

Quality assurance

We attach great importance to manufacturing products to high standards. The process of their design, preparation and implementation into production, as well as technical consultancy, is handled by the Research and Development Division, which comprises three organisational units: the Research Department, the Quality Control Department and the and Applications Department.
The company has two laboratories: a Research Laboratory and a Quality Control Laboratory. Their scope of work is specified in detail by the Company Quality Assurance System implemented in July 2003. 

We guarantee the high quality and performance of all our products, as well as their retention of the appropriate functional characteristics, provided they are stored and installed correctly in accordance with the recommendations.

The following products are covered by a 5-year warranty:

• thermal insulation adhesives, undercoat primers, decorative plasters, facade paints, spray paint, undercoat mesh and auxiliary materials for the above-mentioned systems from the ALPOL range

♦ other integrated ALPOL^® product sets:

• ALPOL cladding adhesives (AK 509 to AK 518) and ALPOL ELITE flexible grouts (AS E50-69) – for bonding cladding with these adhesives and grouting the joints with ALPOL ELITE
• Nanoproducts for clinker: ALPOL AZ 120 to AZ 126 nanomortars, ALPOL AZ 129 nanoconcrete, ALPOL AK 518 nano-adhesive, ALPOL AZ 150 to AZ 156 nano-grouts, ALPOL AI 780 nano-impregnating agent – for the construction of complete clinker structures (e.g. walls, posts, fences, façades with clinker cladding) using these materials in accordance with the descriptions provided in the and the Nanosystem for clinker instructions.

All products of the ALPOL^®, HUZAR, STABILL and SATYN are covered by a one-year warranty for defects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code or a two-year warranty in the event of non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Specific Terms and Conditions of Consumer Sales.
