When D+H Mechatronic AG was founded over 40 years ago, it was one of the first companies to use electric drives in smoke extraction systems.

D+H Mechatronic AG is ISO 9001 certified in accordance with DIN EN. D+H is constantly developing new concepts in the following areas:

D+H company chronology:

1968 Foundation of Dingfelder+Hadler in Hamburg (Germany).
1972 First electric smoke extraction
system 1994 D+H becomes the first manufacturer of electric smoke extraction systems to be certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality standard.
2000 First electric smoke extraction system to be VdS-certified.
2003 Conversion into a public limited company: D+H Mechatronic AG.

Product applications

D+H products are characterised above all by technical perfection, high durability and modern design. They are used in buildings of various purposes and sizes, ranging from residential buildings and schools, through shopping centres, hotels, airports and railway stations, industrial halls to office buildings, public facilities and buildings with representative functions.

Reliability and safety

To guarantee absolute reliability, D+H products undergo strict quality control at every stage of production. Every batch produced is subjected to an appropriate testing procedure. Our smoke and heat extraction systems are mandatorily tested by independent testing institutes for their service life and resistance to temperature fluctuations.
