PROFESSIONAL TRAINING FACILITIES
Dimplex has modern and professionally equipped training facilities located at the company’s headquarters in Kulmbach, Germany. We regularly invite our partner companies there for regular training sessions, during which specialists provide in-depth discussions on systems based on modern Dimplex equipment. These These include training on the use of modern heat pump systems, ventilation systems with heat recovery, as well as modern automation. The scope of the training is outlined below; we invite anyone interested in participating to get in touch.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY IN THEORY AND PRACTICE
Our training programme covers a wide range of topics relating to innovative solutions used in heating, cooling and ventilation technology. It is aimed at distributors, sales representatives, service technicians, installers, designers, trainers and managers. A very important element of our sessions is the practical exercises. During these, the knowledge gained in the theoretical sessions is consolidated and applied in day-to-day work to the satisfaction of the users of our equipment.
MODERN TRAINING FORMAT
The format of our regular training courses on heat pump systems is divided into two levels. The scope of the first level covers, amongst other things, the basics of heat pump systems, such as the basics of how the system works, or the differences between installations using ground-source heat. The second level covers more in-depth knowledge regarding, amongst other things, distribution systems using ready-made Dimplex components, the basics of design, as well as information on control systems.
SMART SOLUTIONS AS STANDARD
In all the heating, cooling and ventilation systems we offer, Dimplex utilises the latest technical solutions. This is one of the reasons why they are unrivalled compared to other solutions, as they are characterised by high efficiency and economical operation, resulting in lower running costs. In addition, we equip them with control systems which, when the heating and ventilation systems are combined, enable comprehensive monitoring of the entire system. This not only ensures trouble-free and comfortable operation, but also offers vast scope for expansion with additional functions, such as remote control or system monitoring via Ethernet or a smartphone.
