Since the company was founded in 1968, Groupe Atlantic has specialised in a wide range of energy sources, constantly adapting its business profile to meet its customers’ needs. For many years now, we have been the leader on the French market, specialising in electric heating systems and the manufacture of electric water heaters.
Our unique expertise and accumulated experience have enabled us to develop a vision of multi-dimensional thermal comfort, which is now proving highly effective in the rapidly changing market for heating technology.
We set ourselves ambitious goals to create ever more perfect appliances, with a view to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Our constant innovation allows our company to become one of the market leaders.
We pay particular attention to safety, functionality, design, ease of use, and care for the environment. This is how we understand the obligations of a responsible leader. On the Polish market, the Atlantic Groupe subsidiary began operations in 1998.
Our core values are:
- high-quality service – a priority for our company. This applies to product quality, service quality and delivery quality;
- loyalty to every customer; their trust, brand loyalty and satisfaction are our top priority;
- we treat our customers and employees with seriousness and respect – this is just as important to us as profit. This approach ensures stability, increases our potential and has a positive impact on the development of any company;
- our international growth. Every year, we invest in the development and research of new technologies, allocating 4% of our budget to this purpose;
- the company’s success is down to a young team of staff, designers and industry engineers;
- we regularly file new patents, which find a range of applications, both in production processes and in the devices themselves.
Reliable, high-quality products are our standard. For years, the Atlantic brand has been synonymous with the highest quality, which is subject to frequent inspections under ISO 9001 certification. Modern production facilities enable us to adapt complex technological processes. A universal logistics platform allows us to deliver Atlantic equipment to over 100 countries worldwide. We can therefore confidently say that we have achieved commercial success.
Our most important source of energy is the people working at the Group’s facilities in France and around the world. We are united by the principles we uphold: striving for excellence in customer service, seeking collective efficiency, deepening professional expertise and fostering open-mindedness.
“Every day, we strive to support our employees in their personal and professional development. We stand by our employees at every stage of their career within the Group.”
Knowledge, optimal energy use, hybrid solutions, communication between devices and our research and development policy form the foundations of our company.
Our research strategy focuses on three areas:
- continuous improvement in energy efficiency
- maximising user comfort
- reducing CO2 to achieve cleaner solutions.
“We manufacture our products with future users in mind. What are their needs today, and what will they be tomorrow? Innovation allows us to introduce a new dimension of comfort, enable us to anticipate safety risks, maximise energy savings and make a direct contribution to environmental protection… However, we only commit to new projects when we are certain of their validity and sustainability! That is our professional responsibility.”
