IZODOM technology was used to construct a passive house near Rzeszów within a Natura 2000 site.
The building was designed by BXB Studio, led by the internationally acclaimed architect Bogusław Barnaś.
The main objective of the project was to make the house passive. The shape of the DOM EKO building was adapted to the plot and positioned appropriately in relation to the cardinal directions. To optimise solar heat gains and make the most of natural light, appropriately sized windows were used. All these measures were aimed at minimising the building’s energy losses.
