LiderWood is an excellent range of WPC composite decking boards for terraces, cladding, fencing, and much more.

A composite board is a top-quality product from the WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) range. It consists of wood flour, high-density polyethylene and other chemical additives in carefully selected proportions:

• 35% HDPE (Grade A recycled HDPE, dyed throughout, which, unlike products containing PVC , makes the board more resistant to UV rays, thus reducing the risk of colour fading) 60% wood fibres (perfectly selected dry poplar wood fibres)
• 60% wood fibre (carefully selected dry poplar wood fibre)
• 5% chemical additives (strong structural bonding, abrasion-resistant, enhancing impact resistance, with a high density, making the product waterproof; it is also resistant to termites, mould and fungi).

Premium composite decking boards

The second-generation Premium composite decking is a high-quality product. Thanks to modern production technology, the decking has the characteristic texture of natural wood grain. The wood grain is embossed onto the surface using high-temperature presses, with an external polymer coating applied which surrounds the board on all sides and protects it from stains and colour fading. Thanks to this production method, it is also durable and resistant to abrasion. The reverse side is a different colour, allowing the board to be used on either side depending on your preferences. Additionally, the board’s internal structure is much stiffer and more resistant to mechanical damage thanks to the use of a special cross-section of circular chambers and a high-density composite.

Premium boards are available in 8 colours with matching trims: straight and angle mouldings, as well as stair treads.

The Premium composite board is manufactured using the co-extrusion method. With this method, additives such as UV stabilisers, stabilisers and colourants are located in the outer layer, which is where they are most needed. The inner layer of this board is a combination of and HDPE (high-density polyethylene). The outer layer of Premium decking boards is a polymer coating that envelops the board on all sides and protects it from colour fading and stains.

Premium decking boards and cladding slats

Premium boards and slats are WPC composite boards – this combination of high-density HDPE with wood flour and UV-resistant additives in appropriate proportions makes the boards resistant to weathering and mechanical stress, as well as to rotting, decay and insect damage. Their durability is also enhanced by by a polymer coating that protects against colour loss, stains and abrasion. One of the main advantages is therefore a long service life without the need for effort or significant financial outlay on impregnation, maintenance or difficult and expensive cleaning. They also perfectly mimic the appearance of their wooden counterparts, so you don’t have to choose between durability and the look of the decking.
