MARKOWICZE S.A. Zakład Ceramiki Budowlanej
MARKOWICZE SA Building Ceramics Plant is a manufacturer of ceramic building materials: wall units, hollow ceiling blocks and ventilation blocks. It was built in the 1980s. It is located in the Lublin Province, on the edge of the Roztocze region.
Ceramic wall materials have been known since time immemorial. The ceramic building materials manufactured at ZCB "MARKOWICZE" SA, which fully comply with modern building and environmental standards, are used for erecting external and internal walls of single- and multi-family residential buildings, public buildings (hospitals, banks, office blocks, schools, station concourses, etc.), holiday homes, and industrial and farm buildings.
ZCB "MARKOWICZE" S.A. products are manufactured from a natural raw material, namely clay, technically referred to as Krakow clays, which contain no chemical contaminants. The processing of the raw material through appropriate plasticisation, homogenisation and mixing, combined with modern technology for automatic hot forming, drying and firing in a tunnel kiln, ensures that products bearing the MARKOWICZE "meet their specifications". For many years, they have enjoyed a well-established reputation among investors, designers and contractors.
The good reputation of products from ZCB "MARKOWICZE" S.A. is also influenced by the fact that the in-house laboratory conducts ongoing production testing. The wide range of excellent-quality ceramic products testifies to the plant’s vast capabilities as well as the expertise and skills of the people working there.
