RIGIPS – Saint-Gobain Construction Products Polska Sp. z o.o.

Rigips has been operating on the Polish market since 1994, specialising in the manufacture of plasterboard and drywall systems for interior fit-outs: walls, suspended ceilings and loft conversion components. Rigips is the only brand on the market to offer PRO boards with a printed ruler on the edges, enabling quick and precise installation. The company has also launched the innovative Ultrastil^® profiles, which, thanks to special grooves, are over 50% stiffer and more durable than standard profiles.

Rigips operates a modern plasterboard manufacturing plant in Pińczów. Production at the Rigips plant in Stawiany always takes place in accordance with environmental protection requirements, and Rigips boards are manufactured from natural stone.

Rigips has a nationwide distribution network. The company has launched the Rigips Partner programme, comprising carefully selected building materials wholesalers offering a complete range of Rigips products and systems, professional support for every project (technical service, consultancy, logistics) and secure purchasing – every product offered by a Rigips Partner has the necessary certificates and approvals.

QUALITY ABOVE ALL

Companies operating under the Rigips brand attach great importance to professional quality management. Rigips Austria was the first Austrian company in the construction industry to receive ISO 9001 certification in 1993, whilst Rigips GmbH in Germany has held ISO 9001 certification since 1995.

In April 2001, Rigips received the Quality Assurance Certificate in accordance with ISO 9002:1994 for production, sales and technical service.

Eight months after obtaining the ISO 9002:1994 certificate, the internal quality management system was modified – it now complies with the requirements of the latest ISO 9001:2000 standard.
