Villa Glass Studio

Villa Glass Studio operates in the niche market segment of artistic glass, primarily fusing. Consequently, the majority of our orders are bespoke. Furthermore, rapidly changing market trends mean that individual designs have a relatively short lifespan. Due to these circumstances, we do not produce ‘for stock’, but exclusively to order. Production and logistics are therefore organised accordingly.

The first stage is to accurately identify the customer’s needs. This is followed by the selection of production technology, including one of the many decorative techniques used, and the choice of raw materials to be employed. As these are artistic products, often unique, it is sometimes necessary to produce designs for the customer’s approval. Occasionally, particularly for large and non-standard projects, it is essential to create glass models that provide the best representation of the final effect.
Alongside architectural glass, we very often also propose suitable fittings for the specific project. As an authorised distributor of the European market leader, the German company Dorma, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including the selection and supply of fixings.
The second stage is the production itself. The process depends on the technology used:
- fused architectural glass: preparation of the mould and glass blank, firing in a kiln on the mould, tempering the glass, applying colours and firing them (curing).
- smooth architectural glass: cutting the sheet and finishing the edges, tempering, decorating (painting or sandblasting).
- decorative table glass: hand-decorating (several different techniques, ranging from painting with brushes, through fusing, the use of stencils, spraying and others, right up to applied decorations).

The final, but very important, stage is delivery to customers.
Although glass is often associated with something fragile and delicate, through years of experience we have selected safe and reliable, yet relatively inexpensive delivery channels to any location in Poland, Europe and beyond. This allows us to assume the entire risk associated with transport and not pass it on to our customers. Occasionally, this process is extended to include installation, which – where necessary, or in particularly technically challenging cases – we also carry out.
We are pleased to see that the foundations of our policy (a constant commitment to perfection, continuous improvement, meeting expectations and anticipating sophisticated needs) are recognised by our customers.
