The production of ground products is a very delicate and incredibly demanding process. TERMOton S is based on technology that is still little known in our country. For example, it is worth citing statistics from the West – 95% of ceramic blocks sold there are products made using grinding technology. Our leader among ground products is the TERMOton P+W 25 DIAMENT ceramic block, which can easily compete with products from foreign manufacturers. Our product is characterised by above-average parameters, i.e. low water absorption, high compressive strength and low thermal conductivity. Nevertheless, in order to remain on the market as a modern brickworks producing extremely complex products with the highest parameters, which set the direction for development in Europe, investments and continuous improvement of skills and technological capabilities are needed. Our company is conscientiously pursuing these goals, and we are currently building another ultra-modern production plant. Thanks to the new factory with new capabilities, ZCB OWCZARY plans to soon launch another gem in the premium segment... the TERMOton P+W ceramic block 25 Diament PLUS, characterised by a thermal conductivity coefficient unprecedented on the domestic market . Another equally important ecological benefit of the new investment will be a reduction in energy consumption per tonne of fired product in the drying process by up to 50% compared to the traditional technologies currently available on the market, and a 20% reduction in unit heat energy consumption. Our plant has undergone a series of modernisations and upgrades over the last decade, and we can assure you that this is not the end of our efforts to improve quality and performance.
