ETICS insulation system for existing insulation

A highly flexible and durable system based on mineral wool insulation, featuring self-cleaning properties and high resistance to biological contamination. Particularly recommended for buildings where a more advanced insulation system can better resist water and the accumulation of dirt, keeping the façade dry and clean for longer.

System components:

1. Fixing: Ceresit CT84 Express, Ceresit ZU, Ceresit ZS, CT83, CT85, CT85 Winter and CT87 polyurethane adhesives.

2. Thermal insulation material: polystyrene boards complying with PN-EN 13163:2004, up to 25 cm thick, with flat or profiled facing surfaces.

3. Reinforced layer: Ceresit CT 325 fibreglass mesh with a minimum density of 145 g/m²; white Ceresit CT87 "2-in-1" mortar or CT85 mortar.

4. Primer: Ceresit CT15 silicate primer for silicate plasters (using CT85 mortar); Ceresit CT 16 acrylic primer for mineral, acrylic, silicate-silicone and silicone plasters (using CT85 mortar). Not required when using Ceresit CT87 "2 in 1" white mortar.

5. Plaster: Ceresit CT 35, CT 137, CT 34, CT 60, CT 63, CT 64, CT 72, CT 73, CT 74, CT 75, CT 174, CT 175, Ceresit CT 77, CT710 VISAGE, CT60 0.5mm VISAGE, CT720 VISAGE.

6. Paints: Ceresit CT 42, CT 48, CT 54, CT 49; Silix XD nano-silicone paint.
