GEOPRODUCT – manufacturer of the geoSYSTEM and ROAD SYSTEM for architects and designers
GEOPRODUCT BBG Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer of modern surface systems made from recycled materials. We create solutions designed for the creation of durable, functional and aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet the needs of contemporary architecture, urban planning and infrastructure projects.
Our products support the design of environmentally friendly spaces that are also adapted to real-world loads. The GEOPRODUCT range includes two key systems: geoSYSTEM and ROAD SYSTEM.
For the convenience of architects, designers and design offices, we also provide BIM files, which make it easier to incorporate our solutions into project documentation and models.
geoSYSTEM – eco-friendly parking and paving grids
geoSYSTEM is a range of durable eco-grids designed for soil stabilisation and the creation of permeable surfaces. The system allows for the creation of surfaces that preserve the natural character of the terrain, support rainwater retention and fit well into modern design for private, commercial and public spaces.
geoSYSTEM grids can be filled with grass or aggregate, giving the designer considerable freedom in shaping the surface in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.
The latest CITY model allows for the combination of paving stones and grass. This means that the wheel tracks can be paved with stones, whilst the verges form a biologically active surface.
Application of the geoSYSTEM in architectural projects
The geoSYSTEM is used in projects such as:
- eco-friendly car parks,
- parking bays,
- driveways,
- fire access routes,
- footpaths and shared-use paths,
- recreational areas,
- residential and urban spaces,
- surfaces around commercial and industrial buildings.
Why architects choose geoSYSTEM
geoSYSTEM gratings combine functional requirements with high visual appeal and environmental benefits.
The geoSYSTEM grating has been in production for over 20 years and has been used in numerous projects both in Poland and across Europe.
This solution is particularly valued in projects where the following are important:
- a bioactive or partially permeable surface,
- the aesthetic integration of a car park or road into its surroundings,
- the ability to adapt the model to the planned traffic volume,
- durability and resistance of the surface with a correctly designed sub-base.
ROAD SYSTEM – modular road slabs for temporary roads and technical surfaces
ROAD SYSTEM is a system of modular road slabs designed for the construction of temporary access roads, assembly yards, production lines and work areas. The solution has been designed for projects requiring rapid installation, mobility and high surface durability.
ROAD SYSTEM slabs are ideal where it is necessary to protect the ground and ensure passability in difficult terrain without the need for permanent road infrastructure.
Applications of ROAD SYSTEM slabs
The ROAD SYSTEM is used, among other things, in:
- construction,
- the energy sector,
- infrastructure projects,
- maintenance and installation work,
- the organisation of outdoor events,
- projects carried out on green, marshy or unpaved terrain.
Key advantages of the ROAD SYSTEM
ROAD SYSTEM is a solution valued for:
- quick assembly and disassembly,
- its modular design,
- reusability,
- effective ground protection,
- suitability for use in demanding terrain,
- design flexibility for temporary and technical projects.
GEOPRODUCT BIM files for architects and designers
With the modern design process in mind, GEOPRODUCT provides BIM files for selected solutions from its range. These enable architects and designers to integrate our products more quickly into technical documentation and digital models created for construction projects.
The benefits of using GEOPRODUCT BIM files facilitate:
- the implementation of products into a project,
- interdisciplinary coordination,
- the preparation of technical documentation,
- the presentation of solutions to the client,
- efficient pavement design taking into account specific product systems.
GEOPRODUCT – design support and modern recycled surfaces
GEOPRODUCT is a brand developed on the basis of manufacturing experience, technical expertise and a practical approach to surface design. We offer solutions that meet the contemporary needs of landscape architecture, car park design, service roads and permeable surfaces.
GEOPRODUCT in modern architectural projects
The geoSYSTEM and ROAD SYSTEM help create spaces that are:
- durable,
- functional,
- aesthetic,
- easy to incorporate into design documentation,
- in line with the concept of more responsible and sustainable construction.
