What are the actual benefits of using a destratifier?

A destratifier helps to heat a room more quickly after the temperature has dropped. The shorter heating time reduces the energy costs involved in reaching the desired room temperature. This is particularly effective in rooms with a ceiling height of over 5 metres.

The destratification unit directs warm air (from the upper part of the room) down to the occupied zone, thereby reducing the temperature near the ceiling.

An air circulator will only operate at its best if it is installed correctly – vertically, close to the ceiling – so that the airflow is directed towards the floor.
