BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a technology used in the design and construction industry, designed to facilitate and speed up the work of designers, architects and other stakeholders in the construction process. BIM allows for the clear presentation of solutions and the identification of potential clashes between objects through the use of 3D models.

With a view to simplifying the design process, we are the only company in the chimney industry to offer models of ceramic chimneys, steel components and heating appliances such as KINGFIRE and SIRIUS. Generating a model takes literally a moment and offers invaluable possibilities every time, for example by tailoring the chimney to individual needs or utilising specific components or appliances in a 3D design.

In the case of ceramic flues, the user may choose to:

• the total height of the chimney
• the type of cover plate
• the use of an additional cleaning tee

The versatility of this solution lies in its ability to save models in various formats used by programmes such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Inventor, Revit, 3ds Max and many others.
