Vintage Series
The Vintage Series is a two-layer oak floor with a bespoke design, a tasteful blend of styles that creates a unique composition. The individual planks feature three different finishes – ranging from brushing and original planing to subtle saw marks. The natural characteristics of oak flooring are also present, including slight cracks and natural imperfections in the wood. The whole is protected by three layers of oil-wax and finished with a four-sided bevel. Each of the Vintage Series designs comprises three types of planks with varied surface finishes, all within a similar colour palette. This ensures that the resulting effect will be absolutely unique.
This flooring is designed for use with underfloor heating.
1. 1940s BLACK ON FIRE
As striking as Rita Hayworth in her pin-up girl role, yet as elegant as Katharine Hepburn in *Woman of the Year*. The Black on Fire colour is an aesthetic blend of brown and black, with fiery brown accents in places. A floor in this colour is an interesting idea for spacious interiors, where it will blend well with light-coloured furniture and soft accessories.
2. 1950s Noir
This is a floor full of contrasts, just like the decade itself. It’s hard to remain indifferent to it. On the dark, almost black surface, light refracts through the saw marks, creating subtle reflections. We can make out warm shades of brown and chestnut, tinged with copper. Depending on the accessories used, this floor will be as sensual as Marilyn Monroe’s curves or as minimalist as Audrey Hepburn’s outfits.
3. 1960s: A Touch of Grey
A multi-dimensional floor, reminiscent of 1960s femininity, when the geometric patterns in Yves Saint Laurent’s designs contrasted with the tailored suits of the stylish Jackie Kennedy. You won’t find a single solid colour here. In this design, shades of beige are broken up by grey and sepia tones. It will blend perfectly with minimalist interiors full of glass and metal, as well as loft-style arrangements.
4. 1970s DUSTY BROWN
A relaxed, easy-going vibe and nonchalance are the hallmarks of this era. That’s exactly what the Vintage Series in Dusty Brown is all about. In this design, browns and greys shimmer with a multitude of shades. This allows for great freedom in application and your own interpretation of the colours. Like 70s disco music and Jane Birkin’s style. This flooring is suitable for both classic interiors and boho or eclectic styles.
5. 1980s Mocca Cherry
This floor is closer to the global pop culture trends of the 1980s than to the stagnation in Polish design. Warm browns form the colour base of this design. They are broken up by shades of coffee and milk chocolate, with a touch of grey. It is an uncompromising, modern and bold solution, much like Madonna’s music. This design is dedicated to imaginative people seeking unconventional interior combinations.

What makes the Vitage Series unique?
Each set consists of elements featuring three different types of surface finish:
Subtle transverse saw marks
Subtle, delicate saw cuts on the surface, made perpendicular to the edge of the plank. These marks create an irregular texture, giving the floor an intriguingly raw character.
Brushing
Careful brushing of the soft parts of the grain helps to highlight the wood’s natural pattern and achieve a subtle aged effect on the floor.
Planing
A proprietary method of planing the surface to give it a subtly rustic character. This process is designed to highlight the natural grain of the wood.
V4 chamfer
This involves gently bevelling all four edges of the board. It emphasises the shape of the boards and visually highlights the individual elements of the floor.
3 layers of oil-wax
The oil-wax penetrates the wood’s structure, enhancing its natural beauty whilst protecting the floor.
