AD-50 Conservatory System

Application:
The Morad AD-50 system is a modern solution designed for the construction of year-round conservatories, sunrooms and glazed recreational spaces. Design and specifications:

• Structural framework: A system based on the MORAD AF-50 mullion-and-transom façade, ensuring high stability and design flexibility.
• Roof: Option to design roofs of various shapes with a pitch ranging from 5° to 45°, with glazing or multi-wall polycarbonate panels ranging from 16 to 56 mm in thickness.
• Insulation: High-quality EPDM gaskets and membranes, together with PVC and expanded PE insulation, ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, protecting against heat loss and external noise.
• Reinforcement: Rafters and eaves beams can be reinforced with aluminium or steel profiles, allowing for the construction of larger structures.
• Water drainage: The system is equipped with an external gutter and the option to conceal downpipes within the posts, ensuring effective rainwater drainage and an aesthetic appearance.

Installation:
The AD-50 system has been designed for quick and easy installation. The connections between the transoms and rafters are identical to those in the AF-50 system, which simplifies the installation process. Furthermore, compatibility with other Morad window and door systems allows for the creation of cohesive and functional spaces.

Colour options:
Aluminium profiles can be powder-coated in any colour from the RAL colour chart, allowing the conservatory to blend in perfectly with the building and its surroundings.
