Doors in cold stores must be able to withstand heavy loads, and all their components should be resistant to moisture and cold. That is why quality, flawless workmanship and high-quality insulation are so important. The EFA-SST® ISO-60 high-speed spiral door is the ideal solution for high-traffic areas such as cold stores.

The EFA-SST® ISO-60 combines two EFAFLEX technologies into a single innovative solution: the multi-patented spiral and highly insulating slats. In addition, high-tech seals prevent air and temperature exchange. The combination of these elements means that the EFA-SST® ISO-60 high-speed spiral door offers excellent insulation.

Perfect thermal insulation

The 60 mm thick thermally broken EFA-THERM® slats guarantee even better thermal insulation than ever before. Specially developed components ensure excellent vertical and horizontal sealing of the EFA-SST® ISO-60 high-speed door: thermally broken aluminium profiles with wear-resistant seals ensure vertical insulation of the frame. An active aluminium lintel seal closes the horizontal gap between the frame and the door leaf. When used in environments with significant temperature differences and/or high humidity, both seals can be optionally fitted with heating.

Constant food cooling and a perfect seal

The EFA-SST® ISO-60 high-speed spiral door is used wherever it is necessary to maintain a constant, low temperature, for example in airline catering: continuous and precise cooling is essential to ensure the quality of the meals served. In this case, the high-speed door acts as a crucial transition between two temperature zones.

The double-walled, thermally broken insulation slats of the EFA-SST® ISO-60 high-speed door, featuring a double rubber seal, ensure effective insulation. Due to the high turnover of goods, doors in the airline catering area are opened repeatedly. The high speeds of EFAFLEX high-speed doors prevent excessive air and temperature exchange.
