1950 - Leopold Hutterer and Viktor Lechner found a company producing lead products for sewage systems and the chemical industry. Systematic transition to plastic production in response to emerging market trends.

1982 - Generational change in the company: Leopold Hutterer dies and his daughter, Christiana Schutz-Hutterer, joins the company's management board, running the company together with Viktor Lechner until his death in 1998.
