The Robur Next-R gas heater is a proven and reliable solution for efficient heating of medium and large industrial buildings. It is available in three versions, with an axial fan suitable for wall or ceiling mounting and a radial fan for wall mounting. This heater is characterised by high efficiency and low operating costs.

Product description

By using a gas-fired heater, there is no need to build a boiler room in the facility, increasing convenience and minimising costs. The Robur Next-R also offers great flexibility in terms of heating output. With 14 models ranging from 9.4 to 75.6 kW, it is possible to select the specific unit that will perfectly meet your requirements. The Robur Next-R gas heater has the possibility of extending the warranty up to 5 years (with start-up and regular (once every 12 months) device inspections by FLOWAIR Authorised Service). Gas devices are also one of the cheapest heat sources.

In addition, by using the intelligent FLOWAIR SYSTEM control, the devices know exactly when to operate, bringing additional operational savings. The T-box controller with touchscreen display, which is the brain of the SYSTEM, is also the control of all units from one place.

Savings

The ROBUR NEXT - R heater is characterised by a high level of seasonal efficiency (up to 94%) and minimal NOx emissions. In addition, the solution saves up to 30% in seasonal energy efficiency compared to conventional units.

Greater efficiency

The use of corrugated stainless steel heat exchangers in the R15 and R20 makes the heaters smaller and lighter. In the other models, the heat exchangers are made of aluminium, making them more conductive than the popular steel solutions.

Floor effect

The double fins and the unique design of the exchangers make it possible to effectively maintain warm air in the occupied zone and avoid significant temperature stratification in the room.

ERP ready

ROBUR heaters meet the requirements of ERP 2021, i.e. Commission Regulation (EU) 2281/2016 regarding ecodesign requirements for air heating and cooling products.

Application

The ROBUR gas heater is designed for heating any size commercial and industrial premises, such as industrial and sports halls, logistics centres or warehouses.

Cooperation with mixing chamber

The NEXT R and NEXT R V axial fan gas heaters can be combined with the Robur Mixing Chamber to form a complete heating and ventilation unit. This is a very simple way to create mechanical supply ventilation with the lowest possible energy consumption, without the need to install additional systems. The chamber kit including the heater is easy to install.

FLOWAIR SYSTEM, or intelligent control

The Robur Next-R gas heater can operate as part of the BMS and FLOWAIR SYSTEM, i.e. intelligent control for responsible energy management on the premises. The unit is controlled by the T-box controller in cooperation with the DRV R control module.
