Supplementary assistive devices

Noise silencers – available as standard in diameters ranging from 100 to 500 mm (up to 1000 mm to order) – can be adapted to any JEREMIAS flue gas extraction system. They reduce noise by up to 25 decibels at fundamental frequencies and are designed for operation in both positive and negative pressure conditions, in dry mode or when fully saturated with moisture.

Condensate neutralisers – devices designed to neutralise condensate from gas and oil-fired boilers, which neutralise the pH of the condensate from flue gases by passing it through a replaceable filter bed. Available in capacities ranging from 2.5 l to 70 l of neutralised condensate per hour.

Draft regulators – devices used to optimise the flow of flue gases in flue ducts, enabling the reduction of negative pressure by supplying additional air (adjustable within a range of 10–30 Pa).

Flue dampers – these enable non-operating boilers to be shut off in order to minimise downtime losses and prevent the boiler room from cooling down, e.g. in cascade systems. We offer two mechanical damper solutions for systems operating under negative and positive pressure, with a full opening/closing time not exceeding 30 seconds, in diameters ranging from 80 to 500 mm.

Chimney extensions and caps – JEREMIAS offers a range of chimney and flue system fittings, such as chimney extensions, chimney caps in the form of Napoleon-style canopies, and chimney caps designed to improve draught.
