An advanced insulation system supported by Double Dry and Fibre Force technologies. A vapour-permeable system based on mineral wool insulation, resistant to water and dirt absorption.

System components:

1 Fixing*: Ceresit CT 180 MW Strong Fix adhesive mortar for mineral wool or Ceresit CT 190 MW Flex adhesive and reinforcing mortar for mineral wool, steel core anchors according to ETAG 014 requirements, the number of fasteners and their positioning should be determined by the architect, based on the substrate analysis and load calculations.

Insulating material: Mineral wool slabs or laths classified as EN 13162, up to 36 cm thick.

3. reinforcement layer*: Ceresit CT 190 MW Flex. Adhesive mortar for mineral wool and glass fibre mesh Ceresit CT 325.

4. priming paint: Ceresit CT 16 Priming paint.

5. Plaster: Ceresit CT 174, CT 175 Aquastatic silicate-silicone plaster.

Paint: Ceresit CT 48 Silicone Self Clean, silicone paint; Ceresit CT 49 Nanosilicone Reno, nanosilicone paint.

*Ceresit Ceretherm Universal MW can optionally be used as adhesive and plaster mortar CT80 covered by ETA documents.
