The most breathable and non-flammable insulation

An advanced insulation system providing the most breathable insulation with the highest fire resistance rating. The façade will be highly vapour-permeable and resistant to biological contamination. Particularly recommended for high-rise buildings and those where the highest fire resistance class is required (public buildings) and buildings located near forests, parks and damp areas, where there is a high risk of biological contamination from algae and fungi.

System components:

1. Fixing: Ceresit CT 180 MW Strong Fix Adhesive Mortar for mineral wool or Ceresit CT 190 MW Flex Adhesive and Reinforcing Mortar for mineral wool, steel-core anchors classified in accordance with the requirements of ETAG 014; the number of fixings and their spacing should be determined by the architect, based on a substrate analysis and load calculations.

2. Insulation material: Mineral wool boards or slats classified in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 13162,
with a thickness of up to 36 cm.

3. Reinforced layer: Ceresit CT 190 MW Flex Adhesive and Reinforcing Mortar for Mineral Wool and Ceresit CT 325 fibreglass mesh.

4. Primer*: Ceresit CT 15 Primer.

5. Plaster*: Ceresit CT 72, CT 73 Aero silicate plasters.

6. Paint: Ceresit CT 54 Silicate Aero silicate paint.

* Alternative Ceresit plasters: CT 35, CT 137 Mineral. Dry mineral plasters with CT 16 primer.
