AS multi-purpose manholes

The multi-purpose drainage chambers in our range are designed for the drainage of roads, streets, manoeuvring areas, etc. AS products are characterised by the highest quality. The body of the drain is made of C55/67 grade cement concrete with polymer additives, reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibre, which improves flexural strength and impact resistance. The frames are made of hot-rolled, hot-dip galvanised profiles anchored in the walls of the body; this drainage system significantly improves strength parameters compared to cast iron grates and other grates made, for example, from thin cold-formed sheets. Grates made of spheroidal cast iron, certified by the ROAD AND BRIDGE RESEARCH INSTITUTE in Warsaw (IBDiM) in classes ranging from B 125 kN to F 900 kN, are bolted in place using high-strength stainless steel bolts. Our manholes feature drainage openings fitted with PVC sockets with seals in the side walls; they can also be supplied as drainage or sedimentation chambers, additionally equipped with a debris trap. An advantage of the system is the concrete’s resistance to prolonged exposure to frost and de-icing salts (‘R+’) in accordance with standard PN-EN 1433. The chambers have concrete chemical resistance, including to petroleum-derived substances, in accordance with the PN-EN 858-1:2005 standard. Multifunctional chambers are used for our monolithic drainage systems or for point drainage.
