AS monolithic slotted drainage channels with internal dimensions of 100, 150, 250 and 300 mm and load-bearing capacities ranging from D 400 kN to F 900 kN, which are available in our range, are suitable for use in areas exposed to exceptionally heavy loads, such as: airports, warehouse areas, roads, streets, manoeuvring areas, car washes, etc. The channel is made of C55/67 polymer-cement concrete reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibre (which improves flexural strength and impact resistance). The ‘Type I’ monolithic slotted linear drains we offer do not require additional side concreting, which speeds up installation and reduces costs. AS channels are stable and do not suffer from grating uplift when driven over by a wheel. The range includes drainage systems without an internal gradient and the option to connect elements at an angle using multi-purpose manholes, which also serve to drain water and as an inspection point. AS linear drainage systems feature a PVC interior, which increases chemical resistance and improves hydraulic properties thanks to the smooth surface. AS drainage elements are joined using sockets with a rubber gasket and do not require additional sealing. An advantage of the AS drainage system is the concrete’s resistance to prolonged exposure to frost and de-icing salts (‘R+’) in accordance with standard PN-EN 1433. AS channels have concrete chemical resistance, including resistance to petroleum-based substances, in accordance with the PN-EN 858-1:2005 standard.
