GERDA Star SX external security

2. Door construction –
two panels of high-grade, galvanised steel sheet
forming a closed door
leaf profile. The door leaf is reinforced with steel ribs and a lattice of hardened
bars, together with wooden elements reinforcing the structure
- a hardwood insert allows for the installation of a
secondary lock or chain
- the door profile is filled with eco-friendly, CFC-free
polyurethane foam, which provides good thermal insulation and
soundproofing properties

3. Central lock
– the reinforced ZW 6000 SZX central lock, working
in conjunction with two auxiliary locks, engages 12 steel bolts
arranged symmetrically around the perimeter of the door leaf, including 3 movable
bolts on the hinge side. Furthermore
, three additional steel bolts permanently fixed to the hinges prevent the door from
being forced open- the patented, certified 16-pin TYTAN system cylinder lock
guarantees 4,000,000,000 key combinations

– panels made of waterproof MDF boards, milled into
decorative patterns, laminated with decorative veneers in natural wood colours,
