We now spend most of our lives indoors, so it’s worth ensuring that the air we breathe is of the highest possible quality. We can improve the air quality in our home by installing a ventilation unit with heat recovery. ARIA VITALE is a modern device from HEATPEX that ensures good air quality whilst offering a wide range of features.
The ARIA VITALE air handling unit has been designed with sustainability in mind, resulting in durability, functionality and a reduced environmental footprint. It is manufactured using the finest components, with a focus on quick and easy installation. An innovative housing material has been used – laser-treated expanded polypropylene (EPP). This makes the unit lightweight, quiet and aesthetically pleasing, whilst reducing its environmental impact.
This heat recovery unit is the only one on the market that can be installed in six different positions without affecting its performance. This makes installation and servicing extremely straightforward. The unit is completed by an intuitive and simple control panel that requires no specialist technical knowledge.
TIMELESS DESIGN
The ARIA VITALE heat recovery unit comprises five unique models that can be easily tailored to your needs, as well as a range of practical features and solutions designed to enhance comfort and simplify everyday use:
- SILVER with temperature sensor
- GOLD with temperature sensor, CO2 sensor and humidity sensor
- GOLD CF with temperature sensor, CO2 and humidity sensor, and constant flow
- PLATINUM enthalpy with temperature sensor, CO2 and humidity sensor, and enthalpy counter-flow heat exchanger
- PLATINUM enthalpy CF with temperature sensor, CO2 and humidity sensor, constant flow sensor and counter-flow enthalpy heat exchanger
Each model is available in three flow rates: 300, 450 and 600 m³/h.
The innovation and functionality of the HEATPEX ARIA VITALE control unit have been recognised by the international jury of the IF and Red Dot Awards, and it has received the prestigious IF Design Award 2023 and Red Dot Award 2023.
FLEXIBLE AND EASY INSTALLATION
6 installation options
ARIA VITALE is currently the only heat-recovery ventilation unit on the market that can be installed in six different positions without affecting the unit’s performance: wall-mounted, ceiling-mounted, floor-mounted, and right- or left-handed in any position. The unit can be freely rotated by 180° (right- or left-handed installation) without interfering with the internal systems of the unit. All you need to do is rotate the control panel mounted on the recuperator housing and select the appropriate drip tray (4 trays) to which the condensate drain will be connected. This allows for convenient connection of the unit to the air intake and exhaust vents, as well as to the ventilation system.
LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMPACT
ARIA VITALE is a lightweight and compact unit (36 cm deep and weighing just 27.5 kg), which makes installation much easier and quicker.
THE PLUG&PLAY PHILOSOPHY
The control unit is pre-wired and pre-configured. Once connected, it is immediately ready for use. This makes installation and servicing extremely straightforward.
THE HIGHEST AIR QUALITY
ARIA VITALE is fitted with high-quality cassette filters that effectively protect against airborne pollutants, bacteria and viruses:
- ISO ePM1 filtration efficiency 70% (F7) – recommended for supply air,
- ISO ePM10 filtration efficiency 50% (M5) – recommended for exhaust air,
- activated carbon filter (M5) for odour absorption – recommended for supply air
Ensuring that indoor air is healthy and conducive to productive work requires particular attention to be paid to the filtration of particles known as PM1. These particles enter our bodies via the respiratory system. Research shows that a filter with an efficiency of at least ePM1 60% is required to capture hazardous particles from the outside air.
In addition, the drip trays are coated with an antibacterial finish that prevents the growth of fungi, mould and bacteria, whilst the PLATINUM Enthalpy model features an enthalpy counter-flow heat exchanger with an antibacterial and antiviral membrane.
SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE CONTROLS
No specialist knowledge is required to operate the unit. The touchscreen control panel with a wireless connectivity module (included as standard with the unit) is simple and intuitive. Pre-defined operating modes: ‘holiday’, ‘party’, ‘auto’, and sensors automatically respond to adverse air conditions and optimise the unit’s operation in terms of comfort, noise and energy consumption.
MOBILE CONTROL PANEL
It is possible to move the control panel from the unit to the wall. This is the ideal solution when the heat recovery unit is installed in the loft. In this case, we fit a panel cover to the unit, which is available as part of the range along with a power cable.
CONTROL VIA THE APP
Advanced settings and control options are available via the Aria myHOME app for mobile devices and computers. The device can also be integrated into a Smart Home system using the Modbus protocol.
