- AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR HEAT RECOVERY
The ARIA CONNECT plastic system guarantees an energy-efficient heat recovery system that provides clean, fresh air in your home, thanks to the Ultra-Fresh® antibacterial coating. The range is available in two diameters: 75 mm and 90 mm. What’s more, the system has been developed based on years of expert experience and the finest components, and together with the ARIA ADURO system, it forms the complete HEATPEX ARIA heat recovery air distribution system. What other advantages does our solution offer?
Firstly, investors and installers can efficiently design the infrastructure using the intuitive ARIA PLANNER app, which makes it easy to prepare the documentation and a list of required materials in just three simple steps.
Secondly, the system is equipped with OneClick technology®, which ensures quick and hassle-free installation without the need for specialist tools.
Thirdly, our solution meets the most stringent ATC1 airtightness class, ensuring lower noise levels and an energy-efficient heat recovery system.
HIGHEST ATC 1 TIGHTNESS CLASS
A quiet and energy-efficient system
The materials used and the patented OneClick technology® connection system enable the highest airtightness rating to be achieved – ATC 1 in accordance with the PN-EN 17192 standard. This means three times higher airtightness than class D. It is achieved without the use of additional sealing materials during installation.
The system was one of the first, and remains the only one on the market, to have met this most stringent airtightness standard since 2019, as confirmed by tests carried out by an independent laboratory. This translates into greater comfort for users in the form of lower noise levels and energy savings.
FASTER INSTALLATION THAN EVER BEFORE
OneClick® technology
The proprietary OneClick technology® connection system allows all system components to be assembled very quickly and easily without the need for tools. Should adjustments be required during installation, individual parts can be easily disconnected without risk of damage.
Thanks to the use of flexible corrugated pipes, installing ventilation ducts is straightforward and does not require the use of additional fittings such as elbows
ANTIBACTERIAL PROPERTIES AS STANDARD
Always breathe clean, fresh air
The ARIA CONNECT pipes and system components are manufactured using the antibacterial additive Ultra–Fresh® additive, which ensures complete bactericidal efficacy of the pipe (99.99%), confirmed by an independent laboratory based on testing in accordance with ISO 22196.
This antibacterial additive, produced by a renowned manufacturer and containing silver phosphate glass as its main ingredient, is also used by over 300 global brands in 50 countries around the world.
Furthermore, the smooth inner surface of the ventilation ducts minimises the build-up of dirt.
The high hygiene standards of the ARIA system have been confirmed by the National Institute of Public Health – PZH.
HIGH CUSTOMISABILITY
Just 6 basic elements
The system’s modular design (75 mm and 90 mm diameters) allows it to be easily configured to best suit any building. This reduces the number of unused components, whilst minimising the space required for installation and the cost of the project.
Distribution boxes can be connected horizontally or vertically, thereby increasing the number of duct connections.
