Sliding gates

PENEDERrail EI 30-EI 120 sliding gate, single-leaf, double-leaf or telescopic

• panel construction of the door leaf;
• door leaf thickness 62 mm;
• cladding with 0.75 mm thick galvanised steel sheet;
• standard finish: galvanised or powder-coated in RAL 9010;
• wall or ceiling mounting;
• fittings: cup handle on the wall side, bar handle on the suspension side;
• held in the open position by 24 V electromagnets;
• opening stops (rubber buffers);
• self-closing via a counterweight, connected by a steel cable via a free-running carriage to the leaf, allowing the door to be opened and closed manually without having to overcome the weight of the counterweight;
• centrifugal closing speed regulator;
• floor-mounted bearing outside the passage;
• optional: paint finish in any RAL colour, stainless steel construction, wicket door, glazing, ventilation grilles, double-sided shell handle, hook lock, electric drive, smoke resistance S_a or S₂₀₀, fire control system.

We can now manufacture smoke-proof sliding doors (in accordance with EN 1634-3) in classes S_a and S₂₀₀ (formerly designated as Sm).

• S_a – smoke flow was tested at ambient temperature (20°C);
• S₂₀₀ – smoke flow was tested at both ambient temperature (20°C) and elevated temperature (200°C).

Both types are available for single- and double-leaf sliding doors, both non-fire-rated and fire-rated (EI230, EI260 and EI290/E120).
