7 layers of durable varnish

Varnishing: Varnishing the floor highlights the beauty of the wood, adds a sheen and protects the surface. It requires no maintenance, but at the same time does not allow for spot repairs.

3 layers of oil-wax

Oil-wax: It penetrates the wood’s structure, bringing out its natural beauty whilst protecting the floor. It requires more frequent maintenance, but allows for spot repairs.

Brushing

This involves brushing the soft parts of the wood grain to create small indentations. It gives the floor an aged look.

V4 chamfer

As with the V2 bevel, this involves gently chamfering the edges. However, with the V4 bevel, all four edges are treated rather than just two. This visually highlights the individual floorboards.

FertigDeska Colour Inspiration

Color Inspiration is the latest collection of pre-finished two-layer oak flooring. A range of colours inspired by Italy, some of which evoke the green vineyards of scorching Calabria or the olive groves of Tuscany, whilst others almost transport us to the sandy beaches of Sardinia.

To highlight the wood grain, the planks have been coated with pigmented oil-wax and brushed. Their modern design and dynamic appearance are achieved through bevelling, which visually highlights every element of the floor. The exceptional durability of the planks is guaranteed by three layers of oil-wax.

The dimensions of FertigDeska are: thickness: 14 mm, width: 130–150 mm, length: 700–1500 mm.
