GSF KPR Smart EI fire-rated roller shutters

The GSF KPR Smart EI fire-rated roller shutter is an effective solution that provides protection against the spread of fire, heat and thermal radiation in industrial facilities, warehouses, public buildings, residential buildings and other structures. It can be installed both inside and outside the building.

Fire resistance class of the smart EI roller fire door:

EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60

Construction of a roller-type fire door:

• flexible door curtain
• guide assembly
• winding shaft
• shaft housing
• counterweight bar
• electric motor or thermal lock

The door curtain, made of fire-resistant fabric, is wound onto a roller shaft and held in the open position. The door is controlled by:

• electric drive – can be integrated with the SAP/SSP system
• fusible link – in the event of a fire, at a temperature of approx. 74°C, the fusible link releases and the curtain drops by gravity.

• painting of the guide assembly, housing and screws in any colour from the RAL colour chart
• installation on a layer of wool insulation (using spacers)
• installation on a steel structure
