Standard manhole covers

Inspection hatches are available in a variety of types and sizes. They are widely used in industrial and public facilities, such as shops, exhibition halls, restaurants, workshops, warehouses, car parks, streets and other locations where access to underfloor installations is required.

The standard filling for manhole covers consists of C35/45 concrete and a steel plate: either smooth or grooved. Alternative fillings include, for example, floor tiles, resin or paving stones.

The manhole covers are made from stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm or more. This allows them to be used in areas with heightened hygiene requirements.

Standard gas-tight manhole covers – consist of a frame and a cover, a screw-fastening system ensuring a secure and stable seal, and reinforcement made from B500SP. They are fitted with an O-ring seal positioned between the two parts of the manhole cover.
