Planning the installation route

Round fittings are used to connect and shape ventilation ducts that carry air and chemically aggressive gases.

The components include:

• elbows and bends with various angles of curvature – for changing the direction of flow,
• T-pieces and cross-pieces – for splitting or joining air streams,
• reducers – for transitions between different diameters,
• couplings and connectors – for axial connections and device connections,
• end caps and plugs – for sealing sections of the system.

Joining and assembly

Fittings enable tight and durable connections between lengths of pipe and fittings.

The range includes:

• couplings – for axial connection of cables,
• flanges – to facilitate installation and dismantling of the system,
• gaskets for flanged connections – improving tightness,
• universal connectors – for quick installation of ducts,
• connectors with a gravity damper – allowing air to flow in one direction and preventing backflow.

Connections can be permanent or detachable, depending on the installation requirements and maintenance needs.

The range of accessories includes a wide selection of components designed for the regulation, protection and aesthetic finishing of the installation:

• roof deflectors and roof and wall vents – allow air to be discharged over the roof or through the wall and provide protection against precipitation,
• check valves – prevent air from flowing back into the ducts,
• manual and motorised dampers – used to regulate flow and balance the system,
• pipe silencers – reduce noise transmission in ducts,
• flexible connectors – compensate for vibrations and facilitate installation near equipment,

All components are compatible within the CHEMOWENT system and designed for use in environments exposed to aggressive vapours and moisture. They are made of chemical-resistant plastics (PP, PPs, PVC, PP-EL-s).
