CHEMOWENT chemical-resistant fans

CHEMOWENT chemical-resistant fans are designed to handle contaminated air containing chemically aggressive gases, fumes or vapours. The housings and impellers of the units are made of flame-retardant **PPs** plastic, which is resistant to corrosion and moisture. The design of the units is suitable for industrial conditions, including in potentially explosive atmospheres (**ATEX**).

The devices are available in the following versions:

• radial (FRv),
• radial roof-mounted (FDv, FDvF),
• with an explosion-proof option.

• wastewater treatment plants and biogas plants,
• ventilation in hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry.

FRv 125–280

• medium-sized centrifugal fans up to 3100 m³/h
• high stability and precision of injection-moulded parts
• simple maintenance

FDv / FDvF 110–280

• Chemical-resistant roof fans up to 3,850 m³/h
• optimised impeller and outlet assembly to minimise losses
• motor cooling enabling operation in high ambient temperatures

Engines:

• Standard: 230 V or 3 × 230/400 V
• Ex versions: 3 × 230/400 V only

CHEMOWENT fans are compatible with other system components (ducts, silencers, hoods) and are designed for continuous operation in industrial installations requiring reliability and chemical resistance.
