Application:
The Morad AZ-45 system is a modern aluminium solution designed for creating interior architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation. It is ideal for structures such as partition walls, windows, doors (including sliding, swing, folding and automatic doors), vestibules, display windows, cashier booths, display cases and curved structures.

The AZ-45 system profiles are designed for the installation of traditional surface-mounted hinges and mortise hinges. Acceptable glazing options include single or double-glazed units, sandwich panels, multi-wall or solid polycarbonate, furniture boards, and steel or aluminium sheets in combination with insulating materials such as polyurethane, polystyrene or rigid mineral wool. Depending on the thickness of the infill, appropriate glazing beads and EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets are used.

Installation:
The AZ-45 system allows for the creation of mitre joints by cutting the profiles at a 45° angle and using corner fittings that slide into the profile chambers, which are then pinned, screwed or crimped. Cross joints are made using aluminium connectors, which can also be dowelled or screwed. A distinctive feature of the system is its close compatibility with the AC-62 insulated window and door system and other Morad systems, allowing for the use of shared components such as glazing beads, corner fittings, gaskets and hardware.

Colour range:
Aluminium profiles are available in the full RAL colour range, as well as in an anodised finish, allowing the appearance of the structure to be tailored to the specific aesthetic requirements of the project.

The AZ-45 system is widely used in public buildings, commercial premises and residential buildings where durable and aesthetically pleasing solutions are required for internal architectural partitions. Thanks to its versatility and compatibility with other Morad systems, the AZ-45 allows for the creation of cohesive and functional interior spaces.
