The GSF KPR E I EW fire-rated roller shutter door is designed for use as a vertical movable partition to close off passages between fire separation zones in industrial facilities, storage rooms, public buildings, multi-family residential buildings and other structures. It can be installed both inside and outside the building.
Fire resistance class of E roller fire doors:
E15, E20, E30, E45, E60, E90, E120, E180
Fire resistance class of E roller fire doors:
EW15, EW20, EW30, EW45, EW60, EW90, EW120, EW180

Construction of a roller fire door:
- flexible gate cover
- guide assembly
- winding shaft

- electric motor or fuse lock
The door curtain, made of fire-resistant fabric, is wound onto a winding shaft and held in the open position. The door is controlled by:
- electric drive – can be integrated with the SAP/SSP system
- fuse lock – in the event of a fire, at a temperature of approx. 74°C, the fuse lock is released and the curtain falls by gravity.

- painting of the guide assembly, housing and screws in any colour from the RAL palette
- smoke resistance in class Sa4, S200
- service category (number of operating cycles) up to C2
- wind resistance up to class 3
- installation on a layer of wool insulation (using spacer elements)
