The CR series meets all the criteria

EFAFLEX’s CR series doors for cleanrooms are perfectly suited to the requirements of controlled production areas. They ensure that entrances remain airtight. These high-performance high-speed doors have a smooth surface finish and no protruding edges. They are therefore easy to clean and largely prevent the accumulation of particles. Most CR series door types that meet GMP requirements are made of V2A.

Like all EFAFLEX high-speed doors, our cleanroom doors are characterised by their exceptional quality, offering a very high load-bearing capacity and being easy to maintain. However, the most important argument in favour of these doors is their high level of airtightness, which contributes significantly to reducing the operating costs of cleanrooms, as well as their modular design with a clinical appearance.

Fast and durable

Thanks to its design and high airtightness, the standard door for GMP-compliant cleanrooms can be used, for example, in Category 8 cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644 to separate Category 7 areas. Of course, the EFA-SRT® CR Premium door can also be installed in sterile rooms of other categories.

The CR version of the EFA-SRT® CR Premium door is the ideal solution for sealing rooms with varying pressure conditions. Its rapid opening and closing enhances operational efficiency in cleanrooms, keeps filter loading to a minimum and reduces air leakage.
