3fit®-Press Pb-free system fittings with offset

3fit®-Press (25000 Series Pb-free / 35000 Series PPSU)

The bodies of 3fit®-Press Pb-free press fittings (25000 series) are made from a lead-free CuSi copper alloy. The bodies of 3fit®-Press PPSU press fittings (35000 series) feature a durable plastic body.

In both cases, the connection is sealed by two EPDM O-rings. The 3fit®-Press Pb-free (Series 25000) and PPSU (Series 35000) system fittings are marked on the clamping sleeve with the inscription “SANHA 3fit®-Press”. They have been tested and approved by the DVGW and other international certification bodies. They can be used in a wide range of applications in combination with MultiFit®-Flex, MultiFit®-PEX and MultiFit®-PE-RT system pipes.

System fittings can be crimped using crimping dies with TH, B, F, H or U profiles.

3fit®-Press Pb-free fittings (25000 Series) are resistant to dezincification and stress corrosion. The high density of the material prevents shrinkage, unlike with castings, for example.

3fit®-Press Pb-free system fittings are fitted with a red plastic ring as standard. In addition, each fitting has inspection windows through which the pipe is visible. This ensures full control during installation. The correct insertion depth of the pipe into the fitting is achieved when the white wall of the MultiFit pipe is visible in all inspection windows. If the internal sealing O-ring is accidentally damaged during pipe installation, this will be clearly visible through the inspection windows. Only the correct pipe insertion depth ensures a safe and leak-proof connection and guarantees a long service life for the system.

Use of a pure, lead-free alloy

Lead is a toxic substance which, when it accumulates in the body, poses a health risk. The lead-free CuSi material used in the 3fit-Press range ensures compliance with the requirements of the European Directives on the quality of water intended for human consumption. Consequently, there is no risk of lead content in products from this range.

Tool compatibility

i.e. the ability to connect using push-fit fittings with the original TH, B, F, H and U shapes. This means there is no risk of mixing up the fittings or disassembling them, whilst ensuring greater safety.

Joining stainless steel pipes by cold pressing allows for quick and safe installation without any risk of fire. This system is particularly well suited to renovation projects.

High corrosion resistance

The exceptionally clean surface of the pipes and fittings following passivation ensures a high level of corrosion resistance and meets stringent hygiene requirements. Furthermore, there is no porosity in the casting due to the high density of the material.

3fit®-Push (23000 Series)

Push-fit fittings with a robust copper alloy body for plastic-coated copper pipes in accordance with DVGW VP 642 and multilayer plastic pipes in accordance with DVGW W 542 for drinking water and heating systems. Tested and approved in accordance with DVGW W 534.

Thanks to its unique design, the 3fit®-Push push-fit system allows for the creation of a leak-proof connection without the use of tools. This eliminates all costs associated with the purchase, maintenance and repair of crimping tools. The connection is sealed by a system of wedges with sealing rings and EPDM O-rings.

The 3fit®-Push system is ideal for use in areas where space is limited, such as during building renovations.
