PURAPRESS® (8000 Series)

PURAPRESS® is a modern SANHA press-fit system for copper pipes and NiroSan® stainless steel pipes. The PURAPRESS® system is particularly recommended for drinking water installations, ensuring high water purity and quality, free from the risk of lead contamination.

PURAPRESS® compression fittings are manufactured as forgings from a lead-free CuSi copper alloy. They are suitable for connecting both copper pipes compliant with PN-EN 1057 or DVGW GW 392, and stainless steel pipes in the NiroSan® system. Tested in accordance with DVGW W 534 and certified by the DVGW. The CuSi material is resistant to dezincification and does not suffer from stress corrosion. Due to the production technology, the fittings are free from casting defects such as shrinkage and surface porosity.

• • copper pipes in accordance with PN-EN 1057 and DVGW GW 392
  • NiroSan® (1.4404/316L), welded, with a longitudinal seam, annealed, with reduced carbon content and a molybdenum content of ≥ 2.3% to ensure greater corrosion resistance;
  • NiroSan® ECO (1.4404/316L), with optimised wall thickness, welded, with a longitudinal seam, annealed, with reduced carbon content and a molybdenum content of ≥ 2.3% to ensure greater corrosion resistance; 
  • NiroSan®-F (1.4521/444), welded, with a longitudinal seam, pickled to ensure greater corrosion resistance, nickel-free.

Adapter threads in accordance with PN-EN 10226 or PN-ISO 7/1 Type R and Rp.
