DELTA pre-insulated pipes

Product descriptionTechnical dataDocumentation

DELTA PRE-INSULATED PIPES

DELTA pre-insulated flexible pipes offer a safe and efficient solution for the transport of hot and cold domestic water, as well as for the distribution of heating media. With pipe diameters ranging from 20 to 125 mm, they are suitable for a wide range of applications. They are manufactured in accordance with standard PN-EN 15632-1 and 3.

The PE foam filling and the corrugated PE-HD polyethylene casing make them flexible and resistant to mechanical damage during installation and when navigating obstacles in the field. Furthermore, the flexible design significantly reduces installation time.

A layer of chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam insulation with a low thermal conductivity minimises heat loss during the transfer of the working fluid. For this reason, this solution is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

HEATPEX DELTA Pre-insulated pipe system

DISCOVER THE BENEFITS OF PRE-INSULATED PIPES

Reliable transport of domestic hot water and heating medium for connecting residential properties, for individual cooling networks, and for biogas plants.

With a temperature resistance of up to 95°C, the pipe can be used in a wide range of heating applications, with various heat sources.

The conduit pipe, available in diameters ranging from 20 to 125 mm, forms a complete system with a capacity tailored to the needs of every customer.

Pipes are available in coils of up to 100 metres; it is possible to order pipes of any length to suit the customer’s requirements.

SAFETY

The pressure resistance of both PEX and PE pipes ensures that the pipework can be used safely throughout its entire service life.

These brass fittings are resistant to dezincification and have been certified as suitable for use with drinking water.

Resistance to earth pressure and additional sources of load on the ground surface.

The exceptional durability of the system is ensured by the high-quality components used in the manufacture of the DELTA system. This guarantees peace of mind and ease of use for many years to come.

This customised marker solution will make it easier to contact the system manufacturer in the future should the system need to be modified or upgraded.

SAVINGS

The low thermal conductivity ensures significant savings during operation.

The ability to self-compensate for thermal expansion.

A reduction in total installation costs compared to the use of traditional pre-insulated pipes.

EASY INSTALLATION

The availability of pre-insulated elbows, sleeves and tees for making the necessary connections along the pipeline route allows for quick and easy installation directly in the trench.

High flexibility, with minimum bend radii ranging from 0.25 to 1.26 metres; no additional fittings are required to bypass obstacles when laying the pipeline.

Applications for HEATPEX DELTA pipes:

  • The conveyance of heating water or other media with a maximum operating temperature of 95°C and a maximum operating pressure of 0.6 MPa,
  • Transport of domestic hot water with a maximum operating temperature of 95°C and a maximum operating pressure of 0.6 MPa and 1 MPa,
  • Supply of cold domestic water.

Types of installation:

  • Underground and above-ground low-temperature heating networks
