Safety baths: Safety
baths are independent, secure structures which, in the event of a leak, contain the aggressive substance and prevent possible contamination of the environment.
The devices are manufactured in two configurations:
- cylindrical (designed for vertical tanks)
- rectangular (designed for horizontal and vertical tanks)
Chimneys:
Due to increasingly modern technologies used in energy production, old concrete or brick chimney components cannot withstand demanding operating conditions. The solution to this problem is to use chimneys made of glass-reinforced plastic. The lightweight construction does not require specially prepared foundations. Excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength guarantee long-term operation.
Scrubbers: Glass-reinforced plastic
scrubbers are successfully used to clean gases of solid substances, replacing steel devices. The availability of resins with various chemical resistance and temperature parameters allows for the construction of scrubbers that operate in specific conditions at an optimal price. High temperatures, aggressive media (gases, liquids) and solid particles do not pose a threat to the proper functioning of the device.
Mixers:
Mixers, as devices in which the process of mixing liquid and solid phases takes place, are designed to optimise the homogenisation process. The selection of the appropriate mixer supports the achievement of a uniform temperature, chemical composition, and the desired stage of homogenisation of the mixture. In addition, the equipment (wave breakers, feed pipes) and the shape of the apparatus (cylindrical, rectangular, conical) ensure ideal working conditions.
Cyclones:
Devices used to clean air from various types of dust and fibre contaminants are called cyclones. In the case of steel cyclones, pitting corrosion is the most common cause of failure in gas cleaning systems. The use of cyclones made of glass-reinforced plastic guarantees the highest efficiency of the process. The perfectly smooth surface made of chemically resistant synthetic resins enriched with anti-abrasive additives has found application even in the most difficult working conditions.
