AS PPH is a Polish manufacturer of linear and point drainage systems, a member of the Polish Corporation of Sanitary, Heating, Gas and Air Conditioning Technology, based in Warsaw.

Company history:
The company "AS" PPH, founded in 1982, initially operated in the field of civil engineering: design, construction and the manufacture of concrete components. Since 1994, our has focused on the production of AS linear and point drainage systems. In over 40 years of operation in the building materials sector, our company has earned a reputation on the Polish market. Thanks to proprietary technology and the use of the best domestic materials , AS drainage systems are a 100% Polish product of very high quality.

Application:
The AS product is a complete system that fully enables comprehensive design and construction solutions for surface drainage. It is designed to integrate with existing sewerage systems and facilities for treating rainwater and other liquids. The range offered by AS POLSKI PRODUCENT OF LINEAR AND POINT DRAINAGE SYSTEMS: concrete linear drains from class B125 to F900 kN, multi-purpose drainage chambers, street gullies and monolithic slot drains, which constitute a new product range introduced on the basis of modern modified composites. AS system components are widely used for the drainage of: roads, streets, garages, car parks, including parking areas located mainly on roof slabs, driveways, petrol stations, storage areas, manoeuvring yards, car washes and areas subject to exceptionally heavy loads such as airports, transhipment docks, military bases etc.

Characteristics:
- The of the channel is made of C55/67 grade cement concrete with polymer additives. The material used to manufacture the components is reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fibre, , which significantly improves the channel’s bending and impact resistance
- The concrete is characterised by high resistance to prolonged exposure to frost and de-icing salts (“+R”) and chemical resistance , including to petroleum-based substances, in accordance with standard PN-EN 858-1:2005/A1:2007
- The support rails in grating drainage systems are made of hot-rolled, hot-dip galvanised, which are anchored in the body walls. This design protects the edges of the channel and provides a solid fixing point for the gratings.
- The gratings is carried out using stainless steel bolts, screwed into galvanised, threaded sockets located in the support strips. The fixing sockets are through-type and designed for cleaning.
- Monolithic slotted channels – Type I are made of reinforced concrete and do not require side concreting, only a base course.
- The interior of the slotted channel is made of PVC, which is characterised by high mechanical strength and has many advantages such as:
- chemical resistance,
- excellent hydraulic conditions thanks to a smooth surface, installation does not require additional sealing at joints, socket joints with a rubber gasket.

AS Linear Drainage Systems meet the requirements of the harmonised standard PN-EN 1433:2005, as confirmed by by laboratory tests conducted by the INSTITUTE OF CERAMICS AND BUILDING MATERIALS, Concrete Division CEBET in Warsaw, the ROADS AND BRIDGES RESEARCH INSTITUTE in Warsaw, and the INSTITUTE CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTE in Warsaw. AS products bear the CE mark and hold the PZH Hygiene Certificate No. B-BK-60211-0323/21. A Declaration of Conformity is issued with every invoice. The highest quality is also guaranteed by the ISO 9001:2008 Certificate and the awards and certificates: EUROPRODUKT 2011, GOLDEN INSTALLER 2010, Fair Play Company 2010, EURO CERTIFICATE 2010 and a nomination for the Polish Promotional Emblem
