Handling systems

Product descriptionTechnical dataDocumentation

A loading bay system is a set of interconnected products that enable fast, safe and comfortable loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. The use of special loading bays effectively protects loads from external factors and reduces the duration of the loading process itself.

ADVANTAGES:

  • efficiency and time savings
  • safety and ergonomics
  • protection of goods and property
  • cost reduction

What does a complete reloading system consist of?

A complete loading system consists of load handling equipment such as a dock door, loading ramp, seal and additional accessories – guides and bumpers. The components of the loading system are manufactured from high-quality materials using state-of-the-art technology. These products meet the highest standards of safety and performance. All components of the loading bay system are compatible with each other, ensuring smooth and safe loading and unloading of goods.

Transhipment seal

A loading bay seal is an important element of a loading bay, providing effective protection against cold or warm air entering the warehouse. It also reduces the ingress of dust and dirt, as well as any precipitation. In addition, the seal protects goods from damage.

The dimensions of the seal are tailored to the dimensions of the lorry and the gate.

Loading bay

A loading ramp is an electro-hydraulic device that forms a bridge between the warehouse and the loading space of a vehicle. It enables continuous reloading, reducing the time of the entire operation. The non-slip surface of the ramp ensures good traction, guaranteeing complete safety for people and forklifts moving on it.

Guidance systems

Guides are steel elements placed on the vehicle docking road under the loading ramp. They enable the correct positioning of the transport vehicle in relation to the loading ramp. The guides are made of damage-resistant thick-walled steel pipes, protected by galvanisation. Their smooth surface minimises friction and ensures smooth vehicle guidance. They are available in two mounting versions: for bolting or concreting.

Rubber buffers

Rubber bumpers are elements made of flexible, durable material, which are usually mounted on the walls of warehouse buildings. They are designed to protect the building and the lorry when driving up to the ramp, minimising the risk of damage and absorbing the impact energy. The bumpers are highly durable and long-lasting, ensuring safety in loading areas for many years.

Industrial gate

Industrial loading doors are an important element of warehouse and logistics infrastructure, enabling the safe transport of goods between the ramp and the lorry. Their robust construction, functionality and security technologies contribute to increased operational efficiency and safety in loading and storage areas. Thanks to the variety of options available, industrial doors can be tailored to the individual needs and specific characteristics of each company. These doors can be controlled manually or automatically (remote control, smartphone, motion detector, magnetic field), and their design depends on the requirements of the specific loading area. Sectional or roller industrial doors are the most popular choices, but our offer also includes suspended sliding doors and folding doors.

Advantages of industrial gates:

  • safety
  • optimisation of goods flow
  • protection against external conditions
  • available in many sizes and colours

Additional industrial door options:

We also offer industrial gates with additional options that are tailored to the specific requirements of a given facility.

  • passage doors
  • windows
  • ventilation grilles
  • exhaust flap
  • access control devices: combination lock, proximity card reader, remote control, microwave motion detector

Delivered loading bay

An attached reloading station (known as a "house") is ideal for locations where storage space is limited. The loading cabin is placed outside the warehouse and can be installed at various angles, allowing for optimal use of space and adaptation to different locations and logistical needs. The loading station has a built-in structure which, once installed, protects the interior of the building from heat loss and precipitation.

A mobile loading bay is a practical solution for logistics and warehousing companies that require a flexible and efficient way to load or unload goods. Thanks to their mobility and versatility, these types of devices can increase the efficiency of logistics operations and ensure work safety.
