IDEAL

A new dimension in energy efficiency.
The BUDMA 2013 Gold Medal-winning six-chamber system with an 85 mm profile depth and a triple-seal system.
IDEAL 8000 combines state-of-the-art technical solutions to achieve superior performance, guaranteeing warmth, quiet and exceptional window aesthetics. During the system’s design, the primary focus was on improving thermal and acoustic performance. This was made possible by increasing the profile installation depth to 85 mm in the IDEAL 8000 series, the six-chamber profile design and the triple-seal system.

The U-value of the profiles, measured in tests at Uf=1.0 W/m²K, places the IDEAL 8000 system among the solutions of key importance for developers interested in energy-efficient construction. The widened glazing rebate allows for the use of energy-efficient glazing units up to 51 mm wide, enabling the creation of windows with very low thermal transmittance. Thanks to the creation of a so-called dry chamber by a third seal, in which the fittings operate, the service life and durability of the hardware mechanisms are increased. This also improves the airtightness of the entire structure.

Perfect harmony.
The new 7000 system features a six-chamber design with a profile installation depth of 85 mm, a double-seal system and the option of glazing with glass units up to 51 mm wide.
The IDEAL 7000 profile series is designed for energy-efficient construction. An installation depth of 85 mm and a six-chamber profile design guarantee above-average thermal insulation properties for the window. In tests, the system achieved a U-value of Uf=1.1 W/m²K for the profiles, which, combined with the option of using wider and warmer glazing units up to 51 mm wide, makes for a very attractive product offering.
The system allows frames to be freely combined with other 85 mm deep profile series. It is an externally sealed system, which makes it possible to offer an energy-efficient solution even for fixed-glazed structures, without the need for adapters. A large chamber with solid steel reinforcement guarantees the stability of the frame.
A wide range of decorative films and a system of aluminium cladding allow for virtually any colour scheme for the windows.

For the discerning.
An advanced five-chamber system with a 70 mm installation depth and a triple-seal system, capable of accommodating glazing units up to 41 mm wide.
Contemporary architecture demands new standards. The perfect form of the IDEAL 5000 profiles meets these requirements – combining state-of-the-art technology with the highest living comfort. Harmonious shapes, a robust construction and attractive design guarantee timeless elegance. The IDEAL 5000 system features a classic design with a centre seal.

The triple-seal system not only ensures greater airtightness of the entire structure, but also significantly extends the service life of the hardware mechanisms, which are isolated from external conditions within a so-called dry chamber.
The multi-chamber profile design, combined with the structural sealing system, has also improved the thermal properties of the profiles; in the case of the IDEAL 5000 series, this enables a thermal insulation coefficient of Uf=1.2 W/m²K to be achieved. By using energy-efficient glazing units up to 41 mm wide, you can achieve excellent thermal performance for your windows. A wide range of decorative films and aluminium cladding systems allow you to achieve virtually any colour scheme for your windows.

More possibilities.
A 5-6 chamber system with an installation depth of 70–85 mm, featuring external sealing and the option to use glazing units up to 41 mm wide, offering a wide range of profile combinations.
The IDEAL 4000 profile series combines state-of-the-art technology with the highest level of living comfort. The robust construction of the 70–85 mm deep profiles and large chambers for steel reinforcements guarantee optimal structural performance and enable the manufacture of large-scale windows. The multi-chamber design, meanwhile, ensures high thermal and acoustic insulation. The original and harmonious design, combined with a wide range of system solutions, offers unlimited possibilities for creating windows and thereby emphasising your own style. The versatile IDEAL 4000 system is ideal for both modern single- and multi-family housing, as well as for renovation projects. In the latter case, where it is often not possible to enlarge the window opening, a particularly significant advantage is the reduced height of the frame and sash, which increases the glazing area and allows more light into the rooms.

The classic, elegant lines of the slim profiles with their distinctive contours in the non-flush version guarantee timeless elegance. For those seeking unique design options for their windows, the Round-line series has been created, distinguished by its delicate appearance and gentle curves. Various types of glazing beads allow for additional window styling and adaptation to the character of the interior.

A 3-4-chamber system with a frame depth of 60 mm, featuring external sealing, suitable for glazing units up to 35 mm wide.

A system with a 60 mm installation depth, featuring external sealing and a 3- or 4-chamber design. The rigidity of the profile allows for the manufacture and proper functioning of windows in a wide variety of shapes and with diverse functions. The double-seal system, using rebate gaskets made from weather-resistant material, combined with the use of a suitable glazing unit, guarantees effective thermal insulation, whilst carefully selected galvanised steel reinforcements ensure exceptional durability of windows in the Ideal 2000 system. Narrow visible surfaces, special curves and planes inclined at a 15º angle give the windows an elegant, classic appearance.
