NiroTherm® clamping system for flashings

Product descriptionTechnical dataDocumentation

NiroTherm® (91000 Series)

The NiroTherm® compression system comprises compression fittings and system pipes made of grade 1.4301 stainless steel in accordance with PN-EN 10088. The fittings are fitted with EPDM sealing O-rings. The pipes are manufactured in accordance with PN-EN 10312 and tested in accordance with DVGW-GW 541.

The compression fittings in the NiroTherm® system are made from grade 1.4301 / AISI 304 and grade 1.4408 (threaded fittings and precision castings). For clear identification, all fittings are additionally marked with a red dot on both sides. Due to its corrosion resistance, the system can be used in areas prone to high humidity and for open-loop heating systems. Unlike carbon steel, there is no need to apply additional protective coatings or costly damp-proofing.

NiroTherm® system fittings and pipes are not suitable for use in drinking water systems!

For technical queries and regarding specific areas of application for the system, please always contact our technical support team: techniczne@sanha.com.pl, tel. +48 76 857 3202.

Comprehensive benefits

  • Combipress
  • Tool compatibility

Tool compatibility: can be clamped using jaws or clamping loops with the original SA, V or M profile up to 54 mm. There is no risk of using the wrong tool, whilst greater safety is ensured.

  • "Unclamped-leaky" (forced leakage prior to clamping);
  • Push & Stay: (slip fit) to ensure easy and secure installation in any position.
    • Quick installation, no fire hazard: Connection to stainless steel pipes via a clamp enables quick and safe installation without the use of open flames indoors. Useful advantages when modernising existing buildings.

Excellent corrosion protection

  • Grade 1.4404 (AISI 316L) steel is characterised by an exceptionally clean and smooth surface on pipes and fittings, whilst the passive layer of chromium oxides ensures high corrosion resistance.
  • Extensive range
  • All sizes available from 15 to 108 mm
  • Secure, permanent connection to stainless steel pipes:
    • NiroSan®:◦NiroSan® (1.4404/316L), welded, annealed, with reduced carbon content, and molybdenum ≥ 2.3 % to ensure greater corrosion resistance.
    • NiroSan® ECO (1.4404/316L), with optimised wall thickness.
    • NiroSan®-F (1.4521/444), nickel-free, TIG-welded, pickled to ensure greater corrosion resistance, nickel-free.
    • NiroTherm® (1.4301/304), not suitable for drinking water
  • Adapter threads compliant with PN-EN 10226 or PN-ISO 7/1 Type R and Rp.

Application:

  • Heating
  • Cooling
  • Industrial gases
  • Compressed air (Oil ≤ 25 mg/m³)
  • Rainwater
