Aluminium mat with rubber insert

Flat aluminium profiles with rubber. Rolled, easy to clean. Traps large amounts of dirt in the spaces between the profiles. Active profile made of natural rubber, corrugated perpendicular and parallel to the length, safe in freezing drizzle conditions. Recommended for both outdoor and indoor use. Suitable for entrances with any level of foot traffic, but the mat is not resistant to being driven over by cars or trolleys.

Profile height 17 mm, profile width 24 mm, total mat height without acoustic underlay 18 mm, with underlay 20 mm.

Aluminium mat with rubber and a linear brush

Flat aluminium profiles with rubber and a linear brush in any ratio (rubber to brush: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 5:1). Rolled, easy to clean. Traps dirt through the active action of the linear brush situated above the rubber surface. Excellent at removing sand and other debris, safe in freezing drizzle conditions. Recommended for both outdoor and indoor use. Suitable for entrances with any level of foot traffic, but the mat is not resistant to being driven over by cars or trolleys. It can also be used as the sole cleaning element at an entrance.

Aluminium mat with a linear brush

The oval-shaped aluminium profiles with a linear brush cause dirt to slide into the space between the profiles, meaning the mat does not require regular cleaning. Simply remove the sand and debris from the floor. It traps 100% of dirt thanks to nylon brushes that engage with the entire surface of the footwear. Recommended for indoor use and for covered outdoor entrances. The mat can also be used as the sole cleaning element at the entrance, but in this case a drying mat is also recommended inside the building. Suitable for entrances with low to medium footfall. For high-traffic entrances, it must be used in combination with a 17/24 mm rectangular profile to stabilise the mat.

The ends of the rubber profile, which is bonded with adhesive, are additionally secured with rivets due to its thermal shrinkage.

Recommended for outdoor use and for ventilated internal vestibules. Suitable for entrances with any level of traffic. Excellent for entrances where goods are brought in or taken out on trolleys. Also resistant to dynamic loads of up to 2000 kg – equivalent to 4 passes by a 500 kg trolley. The mat comes with an acoustic underlay as standard.

Traps dirt in the spaces between the profiles through the active action of the linear brush situated above the rubber surface. Safe in freezing drizzle conditions. Excellent at removing sand and other debris. Recommended for both outdoor and indoor use. Suitable for entrances with any level of traffic, and in particular for entrances with traffic volumes of between 10,000 and 20,000 entries per day. Excellent for entrances used for bringing in or taking out goods on trolleys. Also resistant to dynamic loads of up to 2,000 kg – equivalent to four passes by a 500 kg trolley.Supplied as standard with an acoustic underlay.

Aluminium mat with a rubber insert

Aluminium profiles for mats of various irregular shapes, joined using a vinyl connector or steel cable, which allow for the formation of different surfaces with any degree of curvature. The aluminium profiles are fitted with double-corded natural rubber. Mats of this type are ideal for round doors and other complex surfaces. Rolled, easy to clean. Traps dirt thanks to gaps of up to 24 mm between the profiles. Traps increased amounts of dirt and water thanks to the raised rubber surface. Recommended for outdoor use and internal vestibules. Suitable for high-traffic entrances. The mat comes with an acoustic underlay as standard.

Profile height 20 mm, profile width 30 mm, total mat height 26 mm.

Aluminium profiles with rubber and linear brushes in any ratio (rubber to brush 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 5:1). Rolled, easy to clean. High cleaning efficiency thanks to the use of profiles with a linear brush. Safe in freezing drizzle conditions. Recommended for outdoor use and for internal vestibules. Suitable for entrances with high and very high traffic volumes. The mat comes as standard with an acoustic underlay. When fitted with a 26 mm brush, it also performs well at a total height of 29 mm, as a versatile mat for both outdoor and indoor use.

Profile height 20 mm, profile width 14 mm or 30 mm, total mat height 27 mm; a taller brush can be fitted, increasing the effective height to 29 mm.

Aluminium profiles with a vinyl insert and a linear brush in any ratio (rubber to brush: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 5:1). High resistance to dynamic loads due to the use of arched profiles. Rolled, easy to clean. Traps dirt from footwear thanks to the 27 mm deep spaces between the profiles. High cleaning efficiency thanks to the use of profiles with a linear brush. Excellent at removing sand and other loose debris. Recommended for outdoor use and in vestibules. Outdoor use is only permitted with a linear brush, as the grooved rubber loses its anti-slip properties in damp conditions or drizzle. For outdoor use, only use in a 1:1 ratio with a 26 mm brush. Suitable for entrances with medium to heavy footfall. The mat comes with an acoustic underlay as standard.

Profile height: 20 mm, profile width: 50 mm, total mat height: 27 mm; a taller brush can be fitted, increasing the bristle height and bringing the total mat height to 29 mm.
