In today’s modern architectural solutions, commercial doormats are the most important, yet also the most challenging element of an entrance to design. Our thirty years of experience allows us to offer system doormats tailored to the latest, most unforeseen requirements.
System doormats are not only an external decoration for the building entrance, but above all protect the interior from dirt brought in from outside. The fundamental principle on which we base the design of our doormats is their aesthetic integration into the floor in front of the entrance. We always adapt to the level specified by the client, even if it has very unusual shapes. We manufacture doormats in any size and practically any height.
Aluminium doormats should be easy to dismantle for periodic cleaning. Before installation, the height of the doormats, the type of aluminium profile and the surface covering. Its length and width are designed so that pedestrians take as many steps as possible on the doormat structure to dry and clean their footwear. All activities related to the selection the doormat, combining different aluminium profiles and their installation require specialist knowledge and architectural expertise acquired over the last thirty years.
Technical details
KEY TECHNICAL DETAILS DETERMINING THE QUALITY OF ALUMINIUM MATS
- Genuine rubber resistant to abrasion and temperature changes.
- The cleaning insert is glued in place and permanently bonded to the support profile, guaranteeing many years of use and preventing it from breaking off.
- The profile is curved so that the cleaning layer comes into direct contact with the sole of the shoe, rather than the aluminium edge.
- Four support walls in the profile, capable of withstanding dynamic loads of up to 2000 kg – twice as much as the rectangular profiles of other manufacturers.
- Rubber acoustic underlay, which does not deteriorate during the mat’s operation and does not retain moisture, unlike the sound-absorbing foam used by other manufacturers.
- 0.4 mm nylon linear brush; flexible, abrasion-resistant, does not accumulate dirt on the conical aluminium profile. Debris falls beneath the mat’s surface.
- Stainless steel nails, stabilising the cleaning insert and preventing the rubber insert from shifting; they do not rust when in contact with cleaning agents or road salt.
- Rubber spacers, providing stability and flexibility to the mat, made of genuine rubber, do not crack when the mat is rolled up or in extremely low temperatures.
- Stainless steel cables connecting the mat, as standard at intervals of max. 30 cm, and in the case of mats with heavy traffic, even 15 cm.
