LOGO-PRINTED DOORMATS ON ALUMINIUM PROFILES

Europe’s economic development and the growing awareness of small and medium-sized enterprises have created a need for businesses to establish a visual identity. Consequently, there is an increasing need to showcase the aesthetic qualities of individual businesses.

Logo mats have been around for centuries, but now, thanks to advanced technical capabilities such as waterjet cutting of various materials in a range of colours, combined with the permanent mounting of graphic designs onto aluminium strips, a new era has dawned in the production of personalised mats. We have created the only collection of its kind in the world and in Europe. Our concept and know-how involve durable, versatile, three-dimensional and colourful graphic designs mounted on aluminium profiles specially prepared for this purpose. The entire composition must lend an individual, colourful touch to the interior and ensure the materials remain indestructible for decades.

Based on previously agreed and completed designs of various types, we cut suitable, safe and durable carpet underlays using polypropylene or polyamide technology. We then adhere them to the appropriate layers, reinforce them and protect them against delamination. We initially select the layout in terms of graphics and construction, and permanently affix the cut-out strips of the finished logo to a durable, soundproof aluminium backing. All these elements (profiles), connected by stainless steel cables, form a three-dimensional, attractive composition that reflects the graphic design.

These elements provide an attractive solution for the entrances to all service and manufacturing premises. They are used, for example, in restaurants, hotels and other establishments. They serve as a showcase and reflect the character of the business owner.

BELA’s customised logo mats are exceptionally resistant to wear and tear and washing, and have a lifespan of 10 years (depending on footfall and cleaning methods). For many years, BELA has been producing these ‘masterpieces’ for world-renowned companies such as Geox and Swarovski. 5

COLOURFUL MATS MADE FROM LINEAR BRUSHES

Mats for specialist applications such as sports halls, sports facilities and industrial premises, where the transition from a dusty, dirty area—full of fine aggregate particles and industrial dust—must be kept separate from the clean zone. They are ideal for clay tennis courts, entrances from natural lawns to reception areas, and entrances from gravel and sand-based footpaths into buildings. Use in sections no longer than 1 metre, of any width, with heights ranging from 15 to 24 mm. Active linear brushes work well with rubber or felt profiles in a 1:1 ratio.
