Aluminium doormat with felt insert

Flat aluminium profiles with felt. Roll-up design, easy to clean. Traps dirt in the spaces between the profiles and absorbs moisture. Recommended for indoor use only. Suitable for entrances with low footfall. The use of an outdoor mat at entrances is essential for long-term performance. Optionally, fire-retardant felt of fire class CFL S1 can be used.

Flat aluminium profiles with rubber. Rolled, easy to clean. Active rubber profile, corrugated both perpendicular and parallel to the length, safe in freezing drizzle. Recommended for covered outdoor and indoor areas. Suitable for low-traffic entrances – offices, hotels, banks. Can also be used as an anti-slip surface on external stairs. Optionally available with an acoustic underlay at extra cost.

Suitable for entrances with moderate footfall. High resistance to dynamic loads due to the use of arched profiles. Ideal for entrances where goods are brought in or taken out on trolleys. Curved aluminium profiles with 9 mm thick felt (polypropylene), offering very high durability and excellent cleaning performance. Recommended for indoor use and for ventilated internal vestibules. The mat comes as standard with a rubber acoustic underlay.

Suitable for entrances with medium footfall (up to 2,000 people per day). In the double-strung version (every 15 cm), this increases to 5,000 people per day. Recommended for indoor use and for ventilated internal vestibules. High resistance to dynamic loads due to the use of arched profiles. Curved aluminium profiles with a linear brush and felt, with a total height of 17/19 mm. Traps increased amounts of dirt and water in the spaces between the profiles thanks to the convex surface of the felt. The mat comes as standard with a rubber acoustic underlay.

Flat aluminium profiles with felt. Rolled, easy to clean. Traps large amounts of dirt in the spaces between the profiles and absorbs moisture. Recommended for indoor entrance areas only. Suitable for entrances with low to medium footfall. To maintain high performance, we recommend using it in conjunction with an outdoor mat to reduce moisture and dirt. Optionally, fire-retardant felt of fire class CFL S1 can be used.

Aluminium mat with felt and a linear brush

Flat aluminium profiles with felt and a linear brush in any ratio (felt to brush 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 5:1). Rolled, easy to clean. Traps dirt through the active action of the linear brush positioned above the felt surface and absorbs moisture. Excellent at removing sand and other debris. Recommended for indoor entrance areas only. Suitable for entrances with low to medium footfall. Optionally, fire-retardant felt of fire class CFL S1 can be used.

Self-adhesive foam backing

The option of using an acoustic underlay in the form of self-adhesive foam for classic indoor felt mats.

The total height of this assembly is 20 mm.

Aluminium mat with a linear brush

The oval-shaped aluminium profiles with a linear brush cause dirt to slide into the space between the profiles, meaning the mat does not require regular cleaning. Simply remove the sand and debris from the floor. It traps 100% of dirt thanks to nylon brushes that engage with the entire surface of the footwear. Recommended for indoor use and for covered outdoor entrances. The mat can also be used as the sole cleaning element at the entrance, but in this case a drying mat is also recommended inside the building. Suitable for entrances with low to medium footfall. For high-traffic entrances, it must be used in combination with a 17/24 mm rectangular profile, stabilising the mat’s operation in a 3:1 or 5:1 ratio.

Aluminium profiles incorporating 9 mm thick felt (polypropylene), offering exceptional durability and excellent cleaning performance. High resistance to dynamic loads due to the use of arched profiles. Also resistant to kinetic loads of up to 2000 kg – equivalent to four passes by a 500 kg trolley. The mat traps dirt in the spaces between the profiles and absorbs up to 80% of moisture from footwear via the raised surface of the felt. Recommended for indoor entrance areas only. Suitable for entrances with any level of footfall. Excellent for entrances where goods are brought in or taken out on trolleys. The mat comes as standard with a rubber acoustic backing.

The short drying section of the inner mat provides excellent cleaning results. Recommended for indoor entrance areas only. Suitable for entrances with any level of footfall, and in particular for entrances with footfall of between 10,000 and 20,000 entries per day. The mat comes as standard with a rubber acoustic backing and can be fitted with non-flammable felt of fire class CFL S1.

Profile height 20 mm, profile width 30 mm, total mat height 27 mm; a taller brush can be fitted, increasing the cleaning action and bringing the total mat height to 29 mm. This product is recommended for entrances with low to medium footfall as an indoor mat without external cleaning. It dries out, the 26 mm high brushes actively collect dirt, and the space and depth of the base accumulate a lot of debris.

Thanks to the use of a vinyl connector and steel cable, it is ideal for shaping curved entrance mat surfaces. The mat comes as standard with a rubber acoustic backing.
