LINEAR DRAINAGE – DRAINAGE CHANNEL

In many cases, in high-traffic facilities (from 1,000 to 5,000 people a day), slush brought into the building floods the mat recess, and in such situations it makes sense to install a simple device that will drain the water out of the building. For this purpose, we have developed a lightweight, easy-to-install and, above all, stable (unlike the troughs offered by other manufacturers) galvanised steel trough, soldered with a copper drain pipe of various diameters ranging from 28 mm to 50 mm. Thanks to its design and transverse positioning relative to the mat profiles, the water drainage structure is resistant to very high dynamic loads.

WEMA GRID MAT – SURFACE DRAINAGE

Using the Wema grating as a structural element to create a ‘catchment area’ beneath the external cleaning mat ensures that dirt and snow are collected over a long period without the need for constant cleaning of the entrance. Placing the Wema grating directly on a flat, even, level surface ensures the stability of the system and allows the use of Wema grating with small-section load-bearing bars (25x3mm). A passenger car can drive over a system constructed in this way without bending any of the components used. Rainwater and meltwater will drain off without the need for slopes, into the drain created in the lower surface.

Using a Wema grating outdoors allows the area beneath the mat to be cleaned once a year in small and medium-sized entrances.

ENCLOSED BATHTUB WITH DRAIN TO THE SEWAGE SYSTEM

A rainwater collection tray, designed for use under high-traffic doormats, manufactured in an economical version from 50x50x3 mm galvanised angle section with a closed base made of 0.8 mm galvanised sheet metal. Any hole can be cut in the sheet metal to allow for the installation of a drain trap. To maintain the stability of the structure and a load-bearing capacity of up to 2 tonnes per wheel, any vehicle can drive over the doormat. We manufacture enclosed troughs using Wema grating in any size, or we can divide the required space into smaller sections. These units fully meet the needs of pedestrian traffic, are durable and guarantee many years of use. Cleaning them is also straightforward by removing individual layers, i.e. first rolling up the aluminium mat, then lifting the grating, and finally cleaning the base of the tray and the drain.

DOOR MAT – GALVANISED CORRUGATED / SERRATED GRATING ON A REINFORCED SUPPORT STRUCTURE

This system of heavy-duty galvanised metal grating has been designed for preliminary cleaning in shopping centres and high-traffic retail outlets. The use of corrugated platform grating prevents slipping. Mounted on a supporting frame made of 50x50x3 mm galvanised angle sections connected by crossbars, the system is resistant to vehicle traffic. The installation depth of approx. 10 cm allows for annual cleaning of the contents. The system is fitted with anti-theft bolts and measures 120x100 cm. It is possible to use multiple interconnected modules.
